Property Committee
Capital Improvements
Property and capital upgrades are undertaken in service of the church’s mission, ministry, and community outreach. The committee makes regular facility assessments, establishes capital reserve funds, and budgets for the predictable lifespan of church property and equipment to avoid emergency financial crunches.
Grounds & Property Maintenance
The committee sees to the proper maintenance and protection of all property of the parish. Members actively manage the building, grounds, and utility accounts. In addition to keeping the church buildings and grounds in good repair, they also encourage the congregation to participate. The committee works with and guides the Sexton on scheduling work to be performed.
IT Maintenance
The committee works to ensure that the church’s technology is reliable and in good working order. This helps the congregation communicate, share worship resources, and manage administrative tasks effectively.
